The terms for using pizuki.com and ordering from Pizuki LLC.
These terms govern your use of pizuki.com and your purchases from Pizuki LLC, 1810 E Sahara Ave, Ste 75383, Las Vegas, NV 89104 ("Pizuki", "we"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
Accounts are for adults: a parent or legal guardian ordering for their student. You confirm that the information you provide, including student first name and grade level, is accurate, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
Prices are in US dollars. Card payments are processed by Stripe. A program-funded route is offered only when Pizuki marks the provider, product, banking, and payment flow verified. Pizuki charges program-funded students the same prices as other customers. An order is accepted when we confirm it; we may cancel orders we cannot fulfill or that a program declines, with a full refund of anything paid.
Eligibility of items is ultimately determined by your state program, not by Pizuki. We flag common restrictions, but the account holder is responsible for selecting items that are permitted uses of their program funds and for following their program's rules. If a program administrator later reclaims or reverses funds because a purchase was not a permitted use of the account holder's program funds, the account holder is responsible for the reclaimed amount. Pizuki is not affiliated with any state agency.
Digital products, courses, and assessments are licensed for personal use by the enrolled student in your household. Access is non-transferable and may not be resold, shared outside your household, or redistributed. Assessments must be completed by the enrolled student.
Unless the product listing states otherwise, each purchase grants a 12-month access term that begins when access is delivered. How the term continues depends on how you pay. Purchases made by card are annual subscriptions: your card is charged when you buy and then automatically once every 12 months at the then-current price, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the parent portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid year and access continues until then. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. Purchases made with state program funds are single one-time payments: nothing renews automatically and no further charge is ever made. When a program-funded term ends, access closes and you may purchase a new term if you want to continue.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Returns and problems with physical orders are handled under our refund policy.
Do not misrepresent program eligibility, submit false information, interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
The site, courses, curriculum, and assessments are owned by Pizuki or its licensors. Buying a product grants the license in section 5, not ownership of the underlying content.
Refunds are governed by our refund policy. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us before disputing it with your card issuer so we can fix it; we respond to card disputes with our order, delivery, and course-completion records, and we may suspend accounts that file disputes on orders where the content was substantially used.
Our courses and assessments are educational tools. We stand behind their quality, but learning results depend on the student, and Pizuki does not guarantee any particular academic outcome, grade, skill level, credential, or admission or program eligibility result.
The site and products are provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pizuki's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You will indemnify and hold Pizuki harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of program funds, or false information submitted through your account.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, including account sharing, reselling access, or misrepresenting program eligibility. Amounts paid for orders involved in a violation are not refundable, except where a refund is required by law or by a program administrator's rules.
Most concerns can be fixed by a quick email, so we both agree to try that first: before filing any claim, the party with the dispute will send a written description of it (to support@pizuki.com for disputes with Pizuki), and both parties will try in good faith to resolve it within 60 days.
If that fails, you and Pizuki agree that any dispute arising from these terms or your purchases will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Arbitration may be conducted remotely. Disputes must be brought individually: neither party may participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding, and to the extent permitted by law each party waives trial by jury. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these terms; opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
If these terms change, we will update the effective date above, and we will email account holders about material changes before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: support@pizuki.com or (702) 907-4933.
