Who can use Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA)?
Eligible Arizona resident students under the current ESA contract rules. Arizona's ESA is broadly available to resident students who are eligible to attend an Arizona public school, subject to the current contract and enrollment rules. An approved account does not make every purchase eligible. ADE reviews the item, educational purpose, provider, documentation, and available balance. The program is administered by Arizona Department of Education.
