2026-27 award: Based on the State Adequacy Target and the student's qualifying factors. The exact figure for each student is set by Missouri State Treasurer and approved EAOs through the current handbook and the family's award notice, and rollover rules for an unused balance are program-specific - check the current guidance before planning purchases around a remaining balance.
Payment route: Approved vendor listings in the Odyssey marketplace. Approved, not yet purchasable. Pizuki is an approved MOScholars vendor, but our Odyssey marketplace listings are still pending program approval, so a MOScholars award cannot be used at Pizuki yet. Facts checked 21 August 2026.
Allowable uses vary with the student's needs and the awarding EAO's approved providers and procedures. MOScholars students must take a standardized assessment, a nationally norm-referenced achievement test, or a nationally recognized aptitude assessment each year, and testing fees are an allowable expense. Approved, not yet purchasable. Pizuki is an approved MOScholars vendor, but our Odyssey marketplace listings are still pending program approval, so a MOScholars award cannot be used at Pizuki yet. A category match does not guarantee that a product, provider, date, or payment route will be approved.
Work through the EAO that issued the award and confirm its current provider and documentation requirements before purchase. The program administrator makes the final decision.
