Approved expenses include curriculum, tutoring, nongovernmental online learning, testing, technology, and other listed categories. ESA students must be assessed each year through the statewide assessment or a nationally norm-referenced achievement test, and testing and assessment costs are a qualifying expense. Only specified categories, including qualifying curriculum, admission, transportation, and internet costs, can be considered for reimbursement outside the marketplace. Approved, not yet purchasable. Pizuki is an approved Wyoming ESA provider, but our Odyssey marketplace listings are still pending program approval, so Steamboat Legacy funds cannot be used at Pizuki yet. A category match does not guarantee that a product, provider, date, or payment route will be approved.
